Description
St George's West End Esher near London, England.
The church was built about 1879 as a temporary structure on land given to the people of West End village by Queen Victoria. It was to give the labourers a more accessible place of worship than the long walk in winter to the larger parish church in Esher, some distance away. It is made of corrugated iron and is still used today.
