A reflection of stained glass windows and arches in the glass-like surface of the font in Salisbury Cathedral which is located in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.
The font was designed by William Pye, one of Britain's most distinguished water sculptors and installed in the cathedral in 2008. "The overall design was conceived with the Cathedral in mind," says Pye, "its cruciform shape marking the intersection at the North Crossing within the nave”. It captures reflections from all four sides of the cathedral.
